The articles below pretty much describes why my uncle and I are working on building a charity to help children living in poverty in Vietnam. Every child has the right to a free education, and no government or political system should interfere with that right. But since Vietnamese schools still charge tuition fees, the money that the charity will raise will be used to pay off the children's tuition. The poorest of kids should have the same basic opportunities as the wealthiest of kids, and that's what we're trying to accomplish. We want to level the playing field and give the disadvantaged a chance at a better life.
